Marc Hanson is returning to OPAI in 2017. His 2016 awards include the receipt of Master Signature Member status from Oil Painters of America and the Master Signature Division GOLD MEDAL Award from Oil Painters of America Eastern Regional Exhibition; as well as the ‘Cezanne Best Landscape’ Award from Atlanta’s Olmsted Plein Air Invitational. In 2015 he received the Best Body of Work and Award of Excellence 2015 and First Place in 2014 at Rocky Mountain Plein Air Painters Paint the Park.

Mr. Hanson is an Oil Painters of America Master (OPAM), Outdoor Painters Society, Plein Air Painters of the South East and Rocky Mountain Plein Air Painters.
