Daly Smith

Macon, GA

Daly is an architect and approaches his art much as he does his architecture — striving to create a design that is both beautiful and simple by identifying and emphasizing the key elements. His ability to pare down the essentials of a scene is one of the hallmarks of his style.

He resumed his love of art in 1992 studying with local artist Marianne Dunn. More recently he has studied at the Art Students League of New York and taken workshops and studied with nationally prominent artists including Bill Davidson, David Leffel, Ken Auster, and Mark Boedges.

His work hangs in private and corporate collections throughout the United States.
